Apparently this was a much talked about ‘rumor’ since January, and has recently been confirmed – so allow us to introduce you to the LG BD300 Network Blu-ray Disc Player. (Dam – I’m out of breathe) The LG DB300 will allow NetFlix members to stream more than 12,000 TV and Film titles through the device at no additional charge or increase to paid subscriptions.

Movie queues are said to be instant and selections will begin to play in as little as 30 seconds from being selected from the TV, where members can browse, make selections read synopses and all those other geeked out things people love to do before and after they actualy watch a movie. The LG BD300 remote control allows you to pause, fast forward and rewind your selections just as you would watching a standard DVD or Blu-ray disc. The LG BD300 will support BD Live and LG’s SimpLink technology to integrate easily with LG TVs and AV products. Set to drop in September and is said to cost ‘well under $500′
